I love these 'blue sky' uni projects. Cost to purchase, time, raw materials, mess etc - all to produce some inferior cardboard coathangers. A bit pointless really. I can buy 5 plastic coathangers from Ikea for a quid. Also where would your microfactory mow be manufactured...in a factory i assume.
I call BS. It's just going over lines which have clearly already been cut. And the camera angles and quick cuts are designed to HIDE what it's doing (if anything) to the cardboard. What it does show is a very jerky cutting tool which could not produce those straight cuts. If you had a working model, would you bury 10 seconds of it WORKING in 10 minutes of fluff?
This is a very cool project and the final prototype is beautiful. Could someone tell me the name of the track and the artist used for the music starting at 3:15 up until the end of the video?

It's a CONCEPT. They haven't even gotten close to making the real thing yet. The video was to show how it would work.
