This is stupid! She belongs in jail. She ruined Michael life. He made bad choices but was trying to work to correct his mistakes. She is a total biotch!

The judge seems to be a bit schizophrenic with his rulings in this case. It really doesn't make sense to keep her free during the appeal, given all the stunts she's pulled in the past and her complete lack of remorse.
I sure hope they don't let her current time on house arrest be counted toward her sentence, which was too light to begin with.

AND they give her credit for her time under house arrest? yes because.. house arrest is anything like spending time in a jail lol you get to have net access...cable... friends... whatever food you want. thats the justice system for you. amazing
