I think there are positives in his mistakes. Millions of men around the world now know that they are better husbands and fathers than Tiger will ever be, and as much of a golf "god" that Tiger is on the course, it shows that he is human too, and that there are areas of celebrities lives which are actually a lot worse than that of everyday people. It shows that you don't have to be an athletic god to be a great person, and have high self esteem for your own life.

Buddism teaches that one should rid oneself of all desires, but you need to have a desire to rid yourself of desires before you can do that...it's contradictory and false.

Religion is no way to go. You can always tell who keeps a religion and who keeps a relationship with God. I hope he finds salvation and develops a good relationship with God first, then he will want to obey out of love, not obligation of religion, which dwindles over time...His actions are an example of that.

i used to be a christian but thank god, now i'm a buddhist..i've seen the light...christianity with it's "confess and you shall be forgiven no matter what you did" mentality doesn't work...i like the buddhist tough love approach where you are held accountable for your actions....it had made me a better person!!!buddhism rocks!!!
