My request for a modification was approved on 08/14/10 by CHASE who placed me in the "Making Home Affordable" program which I have never heard of until that time. I am pleased with the amount and the terms of the loan. 2% for 5 years increasing .5% for the 6th and the 7th and will not go aboe 4.5 % for the life of the loan. Yep TIME

@Tony136p Been there, done that. There's no such thing. It's only a scam to get you to make more payments while the bank is getting the foreclosure process going. Yep....only time. Time when the bank will sent the shiriff to kick you out. So don't be too happy now.....You will soon find out that it's all a dream.

That's why we need a Revolutionary War too many people are losing everything after working so hard for. The Federal reserve and IRS must be dismantled. Congress need to get back the power of the money from the central bankers.
