  • I don't know about that Zatarain's and then adding salt, but I bet it's good anyway. Every family does a little different. Still, this vid is full of WIN! Brother in law, and pop's Cha Cha is such a great touch. You keep on with that.....

  • I got happy when I saw that Maganalite pot that you cooked the red beans in. My husband swears by cooking with Magnalite, it is a good heat conductor (thereby making it an excellent choice for cooking red beans).
