I got happy when I saw that Maganalite pot that you cooked the red beans in. My husband swears by cooking with Magnalite, it is a good heat conductor (thereby making it an excellent choice for cooking red beans).
well, as we say in brooklyn, that looks fuckin' delicious! best shots: stirring the beans after they had cooked a while and could really see how that mixture was coming together. whoa, yeah! also, all the shots of family, especailly at the table together. finally, that guy playing the accordian not only sounds good. hmmm . . .
