Spraying in the middle of the night or wee morning hours is the typical scenario - I've seen it all over the world. By early morning, the trails have dispersed into a white washed sky. I think it has to do with saturating the atmosphere with a layer that allows for greater EM manipulation.

I am in America and your comments on Ron Paul, I agree with Max about voting for RP may not fix this, I think at this DIRE time why do we have a candidate that matches what people seek about personal liberty?
