That news theme heard at 0:05 was the news theme for Channel 6/WRGB news from 2000 until 2004. It replaced the 1996 News theme which was originally the news theme for the end of the "NewsCenter 6" Moniker(1974-1998), and was used as the earlier news theme for "Channel 6 News" from 1998-2000.
