I tried to hold it properly, but it starts to severely cramp my hand, so I make more mistakes and it hurts. The frog of the bow on my fake violin isn't the same shape as that of a real bow.

It takes a while to actually even hold a violin in a relaxed position and to get a good sound

so thats probably why
