i never played this game but can the game teach u how to use real guitar and to play this song can the game help or it cant ???

The game has 5 frets and one trigger which represents a guitar string. A real guitar has 21 frets and 6 strings. So that's a no this game doesn't do squat to teach you how to play real guitar.

This is frets on fire alarian mod (see the description). The skin is a slightly modified Guitar Hero 3 type. And yes you can "play" rock band, really rock band is just a different set of looks which you can change this game to.
