It's not his computer that's lagging...it's the video. It's not uploaded with a proper frame rate setting...

And believe me, minimum system requirements for Ice Age 2 is pretty low. I think his PC is strong enough to handle the game. =P

Its slightly complicated, first get cheat engine, then search on the computer screen for 'ice Age" but make sure you click "include hidden files and folders". I'll send the instructions in a message its too long to put here. Also you can make him as big or small as want, or turn him into another Scrat.
