MMA isn't "real" martial arts. Real martial arts is what happens when someone attacks you on the street or in a club. MMA is fighting in a cage. No chairs to throw. No weapons readily at hand, such as an ash tray or beer bottle. MMA is a sport. Nobody get's their eyes poked out. Or their testicles ripped off. It's a sport. In real martial arts someone dies or is seriously hurt.
