Clearly the Freedom Party is not intelligent enough to realize that Ontario is robbed of over $20 billion a year. Until they realize this fact, the party will only appeal to ultra right wing nutcases.

I had always thought that Income Tax was initially created by the Provinces, then they said, oh, we dont want to worry about this, so they handed it off to the Feds, but that isnt allowed because 1-Feds cant levy direct taxes against citizens, thus Federal Income Tax is illegal, and 2-The provinces arent allowed to hand off duties to the Feds. Either way, does this mean that Fed Income Tax is infact illegal?

the feds can tax direct citizens, as long as it's for federal purposes. There's a few leeches trying to make money from tax evasion by lying about this issue

Federal downloading of services to the provinces for control of key area's where the cost is assured to go up IE:healtcare. Provincial uploading of services to the federal goverment in area's where the prices would remain constant.

The provinces are justified in complaining especially after Cretins 10 year reigns when almost every social service was cut. Thats why are health care system is disarray.
