they used it for many reasons tbh, mainly designed for missile attacks but it was used in open fields against troops sometimes, it would basically be like hitting a brick wall, most open warefare tactics involved triangles to u could cut and thrust to the sides of u and still advance

The name was chosen because the clan wanted to represent some values that the templars also held important, such as honor, valour etc. We all know very well that the Knights Templar have nothing to do with the Roman period lol, but that name was chosen by the founder because of the above mentioned reasons so we stuck to it...

errrr..not taking a bath was a common practice for European barbarians at the time. they used to stink . In Spain the christians cursed muslim ladies who visited the bath houses daily as doing "satanic rituals" . The pope does help,you just don't see it(or if your an american) outside the church,the church helps orphanages and the homeless every year.Sending food to africans would bring them greater evil,as those that get that food would robbed,raped and kill'd by bandits.And churches are only built out of stone or wood(unlike Orthodox curches that have a golden roof and white walls)

Bloody hell your thick! Fictional! German! The cross is the christian symbol, the Knights Templar were an organization of warrior monks set up in the 12thC to protect pilgrims on their way to the Holy Land and ultimately to defend Chrisendom.
