I always look out for the Polar Express when it's nearly Christmas, sounds silly but it's so magical!

@benicesavetrees You know there are several excursion trains which offer "Polar Express" rides during the month of December. I've taken my son to the one in Bryson City, NC for the past couple of years and it always gets me in the Christmas spirit.

I don't understand how a train can go down the middle of the street when there are no tracks. Also, if the tracks were washed out at the frozen lake, how did they get home? And why was the conductor dragging that poor little black girl over the top of the train in a snow storm? Seems cruel punishment for a lost ticket. As for the poor kid (Billy), they should have left his sorry ass home. All he did was bitch and ignore everyone. I also think the elves were gay males dancing with each other

I love this movie for it's spiritual depth. Sooo sad that probably few people get that point. We have become so obsessed with the "material world" that we're almost like the Unicorn in the movie that was trying to get back to her world.........!! That's the whole purpose for Christmas; the birth of Christ coming to restore mankind to the original spiritual state. I know, I know.... its a lot easier to just shrug our shoulders and enjoy the music and be entertained without all that "thinking".

The weird thing is, il be honest, when I was 8 I was completely Obsessed with Trains. So you can Imagine why this is still my favourite christmas film!

I can still rennet that know it all kid! "Actually it's a Baldwin 2-8-4 S3 Class Steam locomotive..." Lol.

I love this movie. This song brings back memories from my sixth grade choir when we sang belive. Now I am in 10th grade and my advaced choir is going to sing When Christmas Comes to Town. It brings back many memories and the movie makes me cry.

I remeber year 2004 when dad asked me and my 2 younger brother and sister to watch a christmas movie on the cinema .. i didnt know wich 1 and he picked this 1 ! the most wonderful movie i even seen .. i can still see my eyes when i have seen it finish ... BIG EYES big happy eyes :D
