Generally new customers get treated better than old users. It depends on YOUR !! Area, and the workers for you local sprint/tmobile/any carriers store and stuff...my opinion is that sprint is better. They have coverage in local areas unlike tmobile.. they get coverage in dead places most places.

The problem here is that since the beginning of time, Sales Reps in most companies have goals that they have to meet. They are constantly getting threatened with losing their jobs when they don't meet those goals. If they had to choose between lying to you and losing their job, they would lie to you every time. When they see someone with a lot of money, they try to take advantage of you. If something seems sketchy, it probably is. Go with your first instinct.
Ya dude sprint told me with my plan that every year 1 person in my family plan gets and upgrade and then I called them recently and they were like ya we dont do that anymore and im like what the fuck you cant promise that shit with my fuckin contract and then just fuckin say you dont do that shit anymore I was so pissed with sprint for pulling that shit. There fuckin customer service people suck they dont even try to help you but I do love my evo so I am going to keep it for a while. Nice video
