@althejazzman Same way you should be using any device in the car, when you're stopped. Whether it be the side of the road or real quick at a stoplight. Beyond that... you should be focused on driving and not operating screens, phones etc. (Phones are somewhat OK as long as you have a hands-free setup in my book)
