I've got this scope coming from eBay at the moment..I've only got the remington770, and in .300 win mag..is this scope holding zero well, with your little bit of recoil?
@pv107 sorry man. i do have a few other videos of it while shooting and you get a better view of the gun and the sound and picture quality is alot better! thanks for watching hope you check out the newer vids
hey nice vid very HD. I have a couple questions. i really like the setup you have (the scope, and the bipod). What company are they and where did you get them if you dont mind sharing. thank you! Nice shooting!
I just have one word of advise. Your trigger pull needs to more of a trigger squeez. Squeez the trigger and hold. I noticed that as soon as you pull the trigger you releasing it right away. When you "pull" the trigger your making it go slightly of to the side. Your doing more of a jerking motion. Just give it a try and let me know how you shot groups are. BTW i am an ARMY sniper.
@imurmomsnumber1 hey thanks for checking out the vid and for the advice. my trigger manipulatioin has improved alot over the year. check out my bushmaster predator ar-15 video i put some real nice groups together with 55 grain ammo in 1 and 8 twist barrel. with heavier grain it will get even tighter let me know what you think of the trigger control in that video.
hi man!! one question: you dont need a muzzlebrake...i ve the same model but in .308 my bipod is jumping around the world :-)) whats your technique that your bipod does not move while the shot?
@AustrianDrummer1 you should make sure the Stock is quite snug to your shoulder, if you do it right the bipod will either move under 1/2" or not at all. its a common shooting mistake. Goes for calibres from .22Short to .50Bmg pretty much. You will also find ur accuracy will go up, (in the first 24 thousanths of a second a .308 can move up to 3/8 of an inch.)
@XbloodycorpseX lol its way louder. this camera is my older one i have a new video of me shooting my ar-15 and the sps and the sound is alot better . check it out
hey guys i hunt a lot and stuff but im still young at 14, my dad was in the marines but i still dont understand. when you squeeze the trigger is the kick and everything suppose to "surprise" you? constructive criticism is accepted.
@CoD0general when you squeeze be relaxed and try to pull on your exhale to make you shot more accurate. the bang should surprise you a little i guess. but its all about being calm and collected
@CoD0general What your dad mean is when you steadily squeeze the trigger, the hammer striking the pin and the shot going off is supposed to suprize you. Don't anticipate the shot breaking. If it "suprises" you, you won't buck into the rifle before the shot goes off to lessen the recoil, or flinch when the shot breaks. So, slowly and steadily apply pressure on the trigger and focus on the reticle and you won't expect the shot.T
Just curious, why extend your bipod so far? You might have better accuracy lowering the legs to almost base length, then balling a fist under the butt. That way you'll be putting less strain on the wrist pulling the trigger.
@suddenlyill only reason i do this is because the bench i was using at the time was low so it was easier on my back to have it higher up. thanks for watching
@Mr45Bullitt Lol ik ik . i threw this up quick i got a video with the targets that i edited but is having complications uploading im trying to figure it out. it will be up soon
@StiThis1 when you get more into shooting it for extreme accuracy, you need to go with more of a match grade ammo. i'd honestly buy some that you will can sight it in at that is at the same grain as your plinker rounds
what scope is on here?
