Are you joking. LEFT kills , tortured and violated in Soviet Union, China, N. Viet Nam, N. Korea, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Argentina, even Mexico... all shades of "left". Oh and don't forget Cuba... Hey all of you Michael Jackson fans, I know for a fact that Michael Jackson always slept with little boys every chance he got. Which made him a PEDOPHILE. The little boys he had slept with never told anyone about their abuse cuz they were either 2 ashamed or Michael paid them not to tell anyone. After all Michael Jackson was very rich. Democrats were briefed on these enhanced interrogation when they were introduced, and last time I checked all Obama wants to do is "move forward".
Not prosecuting torture is just as bad. Don't act like Democrats don't share any of the blame and are faultless. Top Democrats have also been briefed(i.e. Nancy Pelosi) on the NSA spying program, and the Democract controlled congress voted to give Bush Immunity from those crimes.

it's all kabuki bullshit, but Franken does great to raise this. So underplayed yet vulnerable, and fundamental.
Net neutrality is sure to come under corporate attack, and sooner than later. Definitely once the next shift of majority party happens.
