  • am i turtley enough for the turtle club. turtle turtle.

  • What kind of strings do you use on that bass?

  • I haven't changed the strings since i bought it one year ago, thanks for the advice i'll give it a try.

  • Hi can you please help me? my bass guitar makes a buzz whenever i play the G and D strings either open or at the first couple of low frets, i read that it might be the battery but i tried changing it and it didnt work and the bass makes a buzz even when it's not connected to the amplifier. I'd really appreciate your advice and merry christmas :)

  • @majed89 Sounds like a bent neck.. have you gone from heavy string to light strings recently? The truss rod might need a very small turn to straighten the neck up better - it might be barely noticeable to the naked eye, but a 1/4 or 1/2 turn just might sort it out.

  • @majed89 That's most likely caused by uneven fretwire. Taking it to a guitar tech would take care of the problem, unless you're brave enough to try it yourself. Otherwise you could reduce tension a little bit on the neck by loosening the truss rod.

  • @majed89 Just raise your action until you don't hear the buzz anymore, its the easiest way to eliminate fret buzz.

  • Thanks and Happy Holidays Marlowe to you and yours! :D

  • this is sick

  • mario

  • how do u make your bass sound so "steelish" mine just sounds very deep

  • @Dervish4 pretty much sure he almost "turns off" the low-notes knob.

  • @Dervish4 theres usually a front pickup and a back pickup, turn knob of the front pickup off while leaving the back one on... is thats not it, he has proper strings on there, nickel i'm guessing, so maybe it's time for new strings?

  • @ianonfire

    thanks for the info bro!

  • Good to see another Video mate :), Loved the bass, im going to go give it a shot now see if i can do some variations to best suit me.

  • sounds nice, but I think it would be cooler to play with a faster tempo and make some of the 16th notes into 8th or 4th notes so they complement the nice ringing sound you have with the chord and open string at the beginning.

  • Very nice Marlowe!

  • @DragonStompSpeaks hey cody, how did you find this guy's channel?

  • classy

  • pretty slick
