no he didnt go to 32 to be specific it was just his max for his video the MOST IMPORTANT part is just selecting the HD 1080p part nothing from there is important so that means ur video is shorter than his

What version of windows movie maker are you using? Mine doesn't have the 1080p option??

It will give u alot of options just do what i do then for the option choose a format you would like.

Try something that says HD or something that takes alot of RAM
