  • Besides using Rich's Non Dairy Topping you can purchase Pastry Pride or Frost N Pride Non Dairy Topping. I work at an Asian Bakery and this is what we use. They buy it from their supplier but Smart & Final Store carries it. Comes in a liquid form (like milk) quart or gallon. It will double- triple in volume when whipped. Must be kept in the freezer or refrigerator until needed, if warm it will not whip up. Yes they put alot of topping on their cakes as they remove alot when decorating.

  • @meneltane allrighty guys for the glaze,its actually simple jam but u have to treat it, take apricot jam for making orange, yellow, green or any colour but for red go straight with strawberry jam, boil it with very little amount of water u will see that its becoming shiny and glosy add any food colour let it cool and u have ur glaze. make sure u boil it till u see shine in it and veryy little water. I hope this will help u

  • @bakermomma7 its called rich cream yeah thats the brand name too Rich cream, the best place to get this is from a local asian pastry shop good luck with that.

  • @anima00789 hey mate its an artificial cream its edible tastes nearly same as whip cream it is called rich cream yeah thats the name of the brand Rich cream. The best place to get this one is from a local asian pastry shop, i have tried it its unbelievable the things u can do with this cream. hope this will help u.

  • How could you eat clay? The technique is called clay since it is decorated as you would make pottery. It is fresh cream what they use.

  • @Serena0183 Go to the website in the description. That is an actual cake made using "clay art cake decorating" techniques. It's not clay. You can eat that cake.

  • What are you using on the cake?  Is it an Italian Merinque or Swiss Merinque Buttercream or some type of modeling chocolate? This is just amazing. You are quite an artist.
