just as u know, i am norwegian, and i have never heard of that law. no companies. hmmmm. Sweden have had like many houndrad yeares to get contact whith the world around! thay have had mutch more time to get to know the countries! remember that Norway just are a 104 yeare old nation.

Most Norwegians admit themselves that they are very insecure and unfriendly. There really is no reason for this since they are also the richest people in the world. But then they have no big international companies like their Scandinavian neighbor Sweden. All of Norway's wealth comes from oil which they pump out of the North Sea, thus contributing greatly to the world's pollution problem. Sad.... But Norway does nothing to change this.

- We have several big companies: Telenor, Statoil, Norsk Hydro, Norske Skog are companies that are well known in other countries.
