  • @merryshell The best BOOK I have found is: The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy by Valerie Ann Worwood. I think it was $12 at my book store. amazing tips, ideas, and goes over what the break down of each oil, and what its purposes is. What to do with cramps, back pain, head aches, stomach aches, any illness, to household cleaning.
