I did pre paid for about 3 years, reached the top position of Executive Director. But I realized the compensation plan was weak & the chargebacks was definently ridiculous. It took me 3 months to earn $400 but at a better MLM, I earned $1200 my 1st month. The company is legit but there are better MLMs out there. They pay you $134 to recruit somebody for $38, I only took two years of business but that just spells a loss, then when the person you signed up cancels the service they do a charge back fee against you. I did pre paid for about 3 years, reached the top position of Executive Director. But I realized the compensation plan was weak & the chargebacks was definently ridiculous. It took me 3 months to earn $400 but at a better MLM, I earned $1200 my 1st month. The company is legit but there are better MLMs out there. The moral of the story, do ur research & make sure the company u join has a top notch compensation plan

PPL is not a scam but independent associates telling clients that they have to pay per month are scammers. No one is locked into a contract and if you take out loans from the company AKA advanced commissions you do not deserve to make any money. The clients do not get penalized the associate dumb enough to con the person will. Thats why I do not get charge backs im the exception to the rule because I care about my clients. @agulucuautle What is a real job? So I guess a New York Stock Exchange company that is one of the top companies in America is a scheme! If you knew business at all everything is a pyramid and you are in a pyramid at your job. There is a owner that makes money off of you, a supervisor that makes money off of you, and that supervisor has a supervisor that gets paid off of his production. Go tell the owner of the company you work for to go get a real job and see him or her laugh at you.

Pre-Paid Legal CANT be a SCAM if its on the NYSE (making it an open book to anyone who wants to research the info) plus has been ranked high in Forbes magazine for the past 8 years!! Only people who don't follow the simple system set in place aren't successful. It's much harder to fail in this business than it is to succeed. PPL has had 17 years consecutive growth and revenue so get your facts in order please

great friend....she's now got her commission from her friend....
at least she thinks she does....pyramid scheme...but the people at the top aren't keeping the kind of records she hopes they are, and her commissions are somehow a lot lower than she figured....in fact, she's only making less than a hundred bucks a year hustling friends to join....what happened to all that dough she though she was going to get? I know...call a lawyer!

sorry but you are misinformed business schools actually teach a system of business called the pyramidal structure and if used properly it makes business successful. pyramid schemes are where when someone recruits someone that profit they have to give a percentage to their original recruiter. proper co. like prepaid legal do not do this you keep all the commission you make. this is a 30 year ny stock exchange co. if it was a scheme the government would shut them down

There is no way this company makes ANY money! They pay you $134 to recruit somebody for $38, I only took two years of business but that just spells a loss, then when the person you signed up cancels the service they do a charge back fee against you. Not your fault that the company failed to deliver and the person drops the service, look on the Consumer Afairs web page there are thousends of complaints agains this company, from members and former "Associates". This company is a pyramid scheme
