I don't understand whats up with coloring it blue, then changing it later. I've seen a lot of people do that. Can anyone explain?

i believe the "blue" that you're talking about is the Select Tool. i dont know what program that is but with Paint Tool Sai when you select an area with the tool it turns blue and then you can color only over the area of blue. people use it fill in their base color easily without having to erase if they go out the lines

@kittiekrazykk there's a second reason for it, too. If you fill in a picture with a vibrant colour thats easy to see, you will know the colour wont go outside the lines after you change it. If you tried filling in a light colour on a light background, the colour might bleed which is unwanted DX

You can buy songs on iTunes. Japanese songs, to get popular japanese music on iTunes type in J-Pop :) You don't need to have an ipod to access iTunes so it works for everybody :DD
