cool. the only room i got was the amythest penthouse. its one the starboard side of the 9th floor in the middle. its really big but looks small and its not a private area. its where all the other normal rooma are. its all purple it like blinds you. lmao it was sooo fun.
We were fortunate to get an upgrade to this suite but since it was such a great experience, we now only book suites on NCL. Guess their marketing worked.
@rlpharo How were you able to get the upgrade. I've sailed with NCL about 9 or 10 times and never have been offered an upgrade. Did you ask? Any advice would be nice I'd like to take my boyfriend on a nice cruise! :-)
@rlpharo They got us too with the upsell deal. Went from a mini suite to a 2 bedroom villa. Now, my family can not seem to go back to a regular veranda room.

Wow! Thats amazing! If you had a day at sea was it very...uh hard to walk up there because of the shihp movement. I went on a Royal Carribbean cruise to alaska and our day at sea was rough, even in the lowest level where our cabins were.
