  • the best female vocalist ever ...isnt she

  • They should play this song live now but a little bit higher like it is on record

  • Is that George Clooney on guitar ????

  • Mick's drum , never same pattern. So genius !

  • Mick ′s drum is

  • Love this song

  • I was raised in these times. 70's were great as a teenager

  • @te5640 .....this song is from 1987...

  • @Theewatergirl64 She isn't the1st singer, male or female to be addicted to drugs and she wont be the last.thankfully she had the courage to stop

  • @TheEarl666 thank you for pointing that out to her Earl, you know I'm just slightly pissed off that when Stevie's name is mentioned people have to say something smart like "Oh Stevie the Coke girl." Duh, ppl. She went off drugs in 1987, something a lot of stars, as you say male and female refuse to do. Why doesn't people ever give male rock stars like Elton John(another recovered coke addict) flack for his own abuse? He abused them harder than she ever did and it's a wonder he hadn't died.

  • the year i was born brilliant year if i say so myself =)

  • i was born 20 years late

  • The pivotal part: "ooh, it might work out some day" is so much more catchy here than on the original album. It kicks butt live whule it is tuned sown on Tango in the night.

  • The onstage dynamic is so different without Lindsey, not to mention his unique guitar sound. Stevie's eyes look sad. Is that sadness or just drugs and alcohol?

  • @Aviva2121 klonopin. she was so hi she could barely keep her eyes open

  • and just listening to her her I feel so high.. I can barely keep my eyes open.... want to shut out every thing.. and be just with the song...

  • I Have Always Loved You Stevie!!!

  • stevie is beautiful and awesome as always love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is the most clonazepamd out I ever seen her but still looks great

  • i love stevie nicks shes got a wonderful voice

  • Stevie- High- Nicks.. I love you. Excellent performance

  • I post this on facebook nearly all the time, nobody watches it but it makes me feel better!!!

  • stevie is so damn hotttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I never understand whay the don't show much of the drummer, he was awesome!

  • @sandymerica He's Mick Fleetwood. Of course he's awesome. LOLZ

  • My God I love Youtube. And Fleetwood Mac of course :-)

  • just a great piece of music!!! thanks for posting :)

  • stevie nicks is beautiful

  • love stevie she brings bewitching to the highest level and her songz are that of amodern day elizabeth barrett browning and also the height of impulse sexuality and being a gypsy peace angel

  • That shows how good Lindsey Buckingham is!!!

They needed two guitarists to replace him.

  • What an awesome song!!! Stevie had such a stage presence!!! I stopped listening to music ever since Nirvana came out with their garbage. But as I'm told, American history tends to swing back and forth, so I'm wating for it to swing back!!!

  • @kalimist007 Stevie said they brought Rick in for his lead guitar prowess and Billy for his song writing skills.I love Lindsay but have to give alot of credit to Rick as he is very good on lead !

  • Stevie Nicks great different voice, but her looks are tacky, even for the 80's! She's a gorgeous woman, though!

  • I AM A VIRGIN

  • Crimen Sollicitationis

  • fuckin great !!!!! :D

  • I miss Lindsey....his singing & playing.

  • from their album "tango in The night" Classic

  • what keyboard is chris using??

  • @curtis8516 Apparently, from what I've seen, she favored the Yamaha DX7 during this time (the late 80's).

  • probably best song fleetwood mac.

  • Rick Vito is a great showman!

  • what a joke

  • i luv seeing these early videos!!!

  • I miss big hair and outrageous clothing.

  • Looks like she's missing Lindsey. :( He's not at her side like he always is. Guess this is one of the tours that he wasn't involved in. :(

  • @jmfretwell I don't think so. He nearly killed her by jealously !

  • 2:25 - i like it how christine smiles at stevies singing

  • wonderfull!

  • Can't be bothered (sorry) to read everything but the gig at Manchester in June 1988 was oneof the best days of my life. Passed my driving test earlier that afternoon too

  • I Think it's funny That they replaced Lindsey Buckingham With Two Gutiar Players! Muhahaha

  • I love it everytime I hear it!

  • @ gravland. cheers

  • One of their best. Great showcase for Stevie.

  • 2 to replace Lindsey. and couldnt match him.

  • @alastarter -

Lindsey is amazing..lotta respect here for that guy!

  • Steve...1987.....I'm in LOVE

  • what a godess her & cher can keep me company anytime

  • No matter where, what time or what song I listen to by Fleetwood Mac Or Stevie Nicks with her own band, I am in awe of her sexy, sultry voice and could listen to her all the time.

  • Amazing !

  • Very good performance. Always chuckle though that it took 2 guys to replace Lindsey.

  • 2:29 John McVie is one of the coolest bassists ever.

  • She is what I imagine a goddess would be!

  • I love this music! It makes me remember a very good time of my life! Kisses from Brasil!

  • My dads friend whos a guitar player says that the reason why fleetwood mac hired two guitar players when lindsey left was because he was so good they needed two guys to replace him is this the case?

  • a classic moment in rock history.

Stevie was definitely one of the goddesses of our time.

  • Stevie Nicks is very beautiful!

  • hajde da izmislimo vremeplov i vratimo se u 80te

  • beautiful song, let it stay on youtube!

  • スティヴィ姉さんこの頃から迫力出て来てます、ミックフリートウッドの毛髪と姉さんの厚化粧反比例してます。 整いました、セブンワンダーととく、その心は知るか。

  • This just isnt right! No Lindsey??? It just doesnt look right

  • one of a kind she is.

  • still better than yr avg kareoke, but compared to performances years later, Stevie is a drone....

  • I could sit and listen to Stevie's voice forever

  • it was not the same without the origional. still a nice song. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • Stevie is still with fleetwood mac to this day and Lindsey beats Billy and Rick any day!

  • not the same with out lindsey !! I mean great little era in the band but i saw the original group all except christy, last april and it was amazing ! just had better energy then this perforamce

  • Stevie is very pretty.

  • I must admit to being a Lindsey B. fan...but if you listen to the Behind the Mask album and even this video, Burnette and Vito added a richness and depth to the vocals as well as a little different sound guitar wise....I like it...just another era in an awesome band!!

  • my parents raised me listening to fleetwood mac(especially their rumors album) and i m only 23 they are by far one of the best groups that was when music was true and real what happened to todays music i d k stevie nicks is a legend shes very talented even when she left Mac she still showed her talent

  • @jwilly1983 I 100% agree, I'm 17 and my mom listens to stevie and always has, i remember she always used to go to her concerts when i was little. I listen to her all the time, and mostly only listen to 80's and older music. That is when music was actually good. today... well i don't know what happened to the music today but it's terrible

  • @jwilly1983 I hear ya! I remember watching their performances on VHS with my folks back on Henderson Ave. Kenmore, NY

  • @jwilly1983 Yep. One of pop rock's best bands. For sure.

  • @jwilly1983 your parents brought you up good!

  • Come on... great performance, but I really miss Lindsey here. ):

  • What happened to Lindsey in 1987? These guys play OK, but they were not able to any comparison with Lindsey, no way.

  • Great song. Stevie has such a recognizable voice. She was here & still is HOT! BUT Billy & Rick still can't compare to Lindsey Buckinham. Great voice & underrated guitarist.

  • apparently she was so hooked on coke, she couldnt even remember doing this tour!

    now THAT is a singer.

    rhianna my arse

  • @curtis8516

No she wasn't on coke for this tour. She was on a tranquilizer.

  • GREAT!!!!!

  • I never get tired of this song and this version.

  • The Tango tour was such a crazy tour. Especially the taping of the video. Most of it was taped on soundstage cause you can clearly see they are in different clothes through the soundstage and actual live set. It had to be re-taped because Stevie didn't like the way her hair looked during the live close up shots.

  • @PaulMcCartneyFan yep, she had a different director for her close ups.

  • @1dolphingrl no no, you are wrong, Lindsey Buckinghma left the group right after releasing album Tango In The Night in 1987, and the tour was booked, so they quickly hired Billy Burnette and Rick Vito and they toured with Fleetwood Mac in 1987 and 1988. Then in 1990 they released new album called Behind The Mask together and also had huge world tour in 1990. Then it however all ended.... I like this lineup.

  • @matthewsnicksfan You are correct. I well remember the concert. It was my 2nd time to see Stevie Live. My first time to see her live was during the "Rock A Little" tour.

  • @matthewsnicksfan not technically it did end then they reformed but only with the 2 mcvies and fleetwood but brought in dave mason from the group traffic and billy stayed and also brought in becka bramlett to replace stevie nicks she left saying the groups costume expenses were getting outragous and they released another album with Christine Mcvie, Mick Fleetwood John Mcvie Billy burnette Dave mason and Becka bramlett called Time and its really good i like alot of tracks on it i love it

  • @matthewsnicksfan Vito and Burnette are good guitarists, but neither are Lindsey Buckingham....

  • @1dolphingrl Definitely '87/'88! I saw this tour (first time of seeing the Mac) on 19th May 1988 (Still have the ticket stubs to prove it!).

  • @1dolphingrl hey Dolphin girl, stick to what you KNOW and leave your opinions WHEREVER the fu*k. LOL thanks;) you couldn't be more wrong, and sound more stupid cause you say it with such conviction! LMAO Stevie would be disappointed missy...THANKS but check your facts.

  • @1dolphingrl Sorry honey but you are wrong. Do your research ...

  • You don`t know much about mac. These guys joined mac for the tour after Lindsey dropped out of the band just before the tour was to kick in. Vito and the dego replaced him in yes, 1987. They played on the record and tour for the shit album from 1990 as well, Fact. This is 1987.

  • MUSIC........ INCREIBLE CANCION

  • beautiful voice!!!

  • Stevie the women of seven wonders

  • aaaaaaooooowwww

  • shezzzzzzzzz perfect blondie.....love her man.........god bless her

  • One of my very favorite songs of theirs! I missed Lindsey on these live videos, but oh well he wanted to move on, bless him. Stevie is so beautiful here.

  • brilliant from tune to voice gd1

  • Stevie Nicks is such a Star

  • to the Newfun: Lindsay Buckingham left Fleetwood mac during this album

  • where is lindsay Buckingham?

  • @thenewfun

he decided to leave halfway through the tour

instead, jedwards parents replaced him....they arent too bad but nothing can replace lindsey :) (rick vito and eddie quintela)

  • @curtis8516 ahh correction Rick Vito and Billy Burnette

  • @curtis8516

No, Lindsey left before the tour even began...

  • Someone stated that all videos in the '80s were made in the fashion of FM's '88 "Tango" concert video. That may have been the case with some, but certainly not all videos from that era. My point was that Stevie was the ONLY member of FM to have her parts augmented by massive re-editing, close-ups & blatantly obvious over production. Nicks had the same done to her "Live @ Red Rocks" video the prior year. I am sure Christine could have requested that same editing of her parts, but didn't.

  • Stevie is a beautiful whit witch casting spells with her haunting voice

  • Don't tell me I am "wrong" for having opinions based on first hand accounts. Stevie has made tremendous improvements in every facet of her life, & I respect her enormously for her strength, resilience, talent & honestly. But she was not always this way. The FM shows I saw in '87 were awful - largely because of Stevie's shoddy work. Even worse was the last show of the '90 BTM tour (in LA, with Lindsey). Stevie was just awful & showed utter disrespect to FM & the fans in attendance. MY opinions!

  • Look, I have been a big fan of Stevie's since the late '70s when my mom would play her Fleetwood Mac/Rumours LPs every day. I went through the fanatical phase of Stevie worship - especially when I became a teenager in the early '80s & Stevie began her solo career. I made a fool of myself bragging on Stevie - making claims that a teenager can be forgiven for making (Stevie's has the BEST voice, is the greatest songwriter ever, etc.) I have spent thousands on her so I can have opinions. Grow up!

  • Hi Lorri, this is a good song also by Stevie

  • lovely tune lyrics n vibes great tune with words

  • Shame this is not the "real" Fleetwood mac, these times were rubbish compared to the original Mcvie,Mcvie,Fleetwood,Nicks and Buckingham

  • Queen of the Mullets! Rock on Stevie!!!

  • @escapethedailygrind Lol! I love Stevie but, yes, deffo a stylised Mullet!

  • LOVED it ... one of my favorite songs! Amongst many things, Stevie sure does have an adorable profile!

  • redletter - Are you this critical of yourself? Hijacked? Voice sounds bad? Robotic? Do you really think that overdubbing wasn't done on other parts of the sound?

  • I love how this starts

  • Am I the only one that thinks Stevie sounded like a robot on this tour? Dreams was even worse - sounding as if a NASA super computer had digitally concocted Stevie's "Tango Tour" voice. I love Stevie, but that doesn't mean I will overlook her faults, shoddy work and vanity (Stevie's scenes in this video were nearly all from non-live close-ups & editing done post-concert). Wonder what the other band members thought of their "live" show being hijacked by Stevie's handlers & grossly edited?

  • @redletter2008

Sorry, I have been a sn fan for many years and you could not be more wrong.

  • @redletter2008 If you gained a lot of weight because of some crappy tranquilizers that your psychiatrist put you on and then had to go perform in front of thousands of fans, you might want a little room for vanity too!

  • @redletter2008 I wouldn't say robot. But I DO think her voice is a bit softer (less intense) than in other performances I've seen. But I think it was more the dubbing than her vocals.

As for the way the video was shot...it was a common method in the 80s, especially the late 80s. Watch VH1 Classic sometime and you'll see what I mean; half the videos on there look exactly like this one.

I do think that the editing does make this look more like a regular music video than a live performance.

  • @redletter2008 i would think they'd be glad not to see their friend humiliated....But thats just MHO.

  • Stevie has always been so gorgeous and a mesmerizing voice to boot...

  • Shit, I miss Lindsay with his fro n' overloaded scruff.

  • How can you not love Stevie !!! Just awesome !!! I wonder if they were stoned ?

  • @Rascyman420 I'm sure Stevie was, back then.

  • One man- eight wonder...

  • Stevie is magical. But the the performance is subdued and lost some it's passion without wild Lindsey there.

  • I love You Stevie, Your'e my angel...

  • Stevie Nicks, Your'e an Angel and i love Your pretty face, like i love Fleetwood Mac, but You're the priettest angels in the world...

  • Lo maximo Fleetwood Mac, gran performance!

  • Great voice ,great mover '..sooooooo sexy stevie ..still in love with you ..hauntingly beautiful voice

  • i was there. Tango in the night Wembly. my 1st concert at 18 and i got hooked on them since. Wow. How time has passed

  • yeah you can tell Lindsay was not playing but he was still doing good did the Vacation (chevy chase) movies and just got done with his solo thing that did good. Fleetwood mac is not just awsome but iconic the harmony is only fleetwood mac. Watch the videos where Stevie and Lindsay are in the same picture there is always 1 looking at the other.

  • やっぱリンジーがいないと......

  • @YORIYAMA1966 What does it mean? Youwish Lindsay was there too?

  • i would marry that bitch

  • she is soooo SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I have read that this song was done in the 11th hour of the Tango sessions, and it's one of the best songs on the cd.

  • I love Fleetwood Mac too

  • Why hasn't anyone posted the official video to this song ? It's really frustrating.

  • @3434aaaa

Over on the right of the screen it says "Fleetwood Mac - Seven Wonders (Live Video)"

it's from warnerbrosrecords. That's the offical video...

  • where was linsey, how come he aint there?

  • Stevie looks so pretty and yet so haunted here, even though it's kind of an upbeat song...Vito and Burnett sound much better than I expected them to.

Underrated song in their catalog. One of the highlights of Summer '87.

  • the song is one of the highlights of TITN. without Lindsey, it was professional and clean, but very sterile (yeah, Stevie's burgeoning Klonopin problem didn't help). I'd love to hear a stripped-down version from the current Mac lineup.

  • No doubt. Stevie is Fleetwood. Mac. You should blame the idiot dr. that got her hooked.

You can't even go cold turkey off Klonopin without risking seizures. She is so much better now. Anything recent--her doing Landslide with Lindsey. Twice as confident. So good!

  • I Fucking love this song. One of My Fav Fleetwood Mac songs.

  • as a black dude i have to say this song is cool! I liked so much i went out and bought 3 albums

  • i love the light rig on this tour...very nice especially for the period. very creative and spacial. (also don't mind watching Christine shake her stuff playin' keys)

  • @thechazdarby thanks for pointing that out about Christine. I hadn't noticed. But, hey, i bought four albums so i guess that makes me the bigger fan.

  • @whitefungusvideo hey, I'm front to back with this group...glad you appreciate the music!

  • @thechazdarby yeah, but i was front to back ten years ago. Now i'm back to front on them. So there's still no comparison! But good you're getting interested just the same.

  • Where do these clips come from? Is there a place to get an entire concert of this?

  • @Nightbird8147 a mojority of the vieos from this concert are on the sidebar, next to this video

  • Stevie xxxxxxxx

  • Look at the pastels in the audience!

  • I love how she works with the camera! Gorgeous and Beautiful!

  • You will not believe, but theres's a homeless man here, in my town, that should be the twin brother Mike Fleetwood. It's so strange to see him, more then this see the group, and me, getting age.Luck for us that the good music and the soul does not get older.

  • what a beautiful song!! I have been listening to this song over and over but never got tired of it.

  • wow what a voice
