Ernie's group is very talented i am not going to take that from them, but The Cathedrals were the best!!! George Younce can make Tim sound like a tenor!!! Tim had a good voice but George Younce has any bass singer beat!

You know, it's funny how everyone compares Tim to George. What everyone forgets is how long Tim has been singing compared to how long George sang. You can't compare the two. Tim will only get better as he goes. It's not a fair comparison. Totally different group, totally different sound.

Yes, when you compare the two you defenitely need to take under consideration everything...for example if I were to compare by age bracket then we would have to wait a long time to c how Tim will sound, now if I were to compare Tim to when George was his age, then no doubt George blows Tim away...George in his early yrs had a more resonance bass voice than Tim.

LOL Tim Duncan that plays for the Spurs is 6'11 or 7'. I met Tim Duncan that sings with SSQ when they filmed the Get Away Jordan video and he can't be more than 5'8 or 5'9...oh and never mind the fact that this Tim Duncan is white...lol!

They are terrific. I loved Ernie ever since he was in the Cathaderls. Now, he has an amazing group to sing with. They are my favorites.

Actually Ryan Seaton is the one singing the solo, and I believe on SSQ's website, he's listed as lead, and Doug Anderson is listed as Baritone.

Ryan is the lead, but early on he didnt have the confidence to really sing the lead role, so often Doug would sing the lead in songs.....but with time and experience that has changed and now Ryan is one of the best!

these guys have got me lovin em..first saw them one late night on gaither infomercial..and cant get enuff..as a matter of fact they r on now again promoting the "jordan" cd and yes its middle of night and im even lookin for em on u tube.these guys are definitely the "beatles" of southern gospel.praise god!
