@M3xx1994 you mean like kung fu? :D well, I believe so. the movements are very similar. but tai chi actually is supposed to be slow. more like a dance to put your soul and body in harmony.
You are lucky to have found this gem from a garage sale. This clip highlights the essential areas one should be aware in practising the 42 forms of Tai Chi. This style of 42-form Tai Chi is the standard form in the Asian Games. Since the clip uses Traditional Chinese characters, it doesn't look likely the clip is produced in communist China. But the styles are authentic, and to-the-point when one practices the 42-form.
this is an Asian Game standard guild to Tai Ji posture, my guess is this standard was probable set by Chinese Communist party appointed agency for the purpose asian game competition. i guess is the WuShu style competition type aka modern tai ji, its not the traditional tai ji.
. The video has Chinese characters in it so I do not know exactly what is going on. There are some on screen graphics to help with the demonstration.
The video is being included here because of an interesting diagram at the very end of the video clip. The diagram looks like a foot position diagram for whatever form the woman is demonstrating.
The beginning of the video shows the standard hand forms and stances of Taiji. This is 42 style Taiji, combined fromdifferent families of Taiji, consisting Chen,Yang,Wu and Sun. 42 style taiji was created for public to practise taiji easier and for competition.
as long as you understand the woman is correct and the diagrams are very important. remember, the slower you can go, the faster you are.

According to Happeh Theory, if you masturbate, this woman will break into your room and slowly kick your ass..

interesting, will this help turn back the damage masturbation does to the human body?
