@lotsandreas It's probably about political activism in the narrator's (Jocke's?) youth. The narrator and his friend travel to "the city of our dreams" (våra drömmars stad) to protest something. In the second verse, the Narrator's friend starts losing interest while the narrator remains an activist for a while longer.

The cause may some form of anarchism. A line in the last verse claims that "free will was our teenage dream" (Den fria viljan var vår tonårsdröm).

@lotsandreas The reference to Sundance Kid is somewhat unclear. The 19th century robber and an accomplice was under siege in a hotel by the Bolivian army. After a shootout shots were heard from inside the house. Both robbers had commited suicide, rather than giving themselves up. One of the robbers was severly injured and probably shot by the other one before killing himself. Maybe it's a reference to the song's narrator and his friend giving up their youth's political views.

Yes. I love their swedish lyrics, love the slightly germanic sound. But JB's intelligent poetic english lyrics surpass many for whom it's their first language. That REALLY impressed me. Listen to the english Stoppa Mi Juni Lil Ego. Heartbreaking...amongst the many, many others.

I get goosebumps every time I hear this song. It is just amazing. I just love Kent and looking forward to the new album and the tour (will be my first time seeing them live). Never cared for the english versions, though. Swedish is the most wonderful language to listen to. No need to understand all of it ;)
