Slice Audio to Midi tutorial in Ableton Live w/ Nicoluminous

this was very helpful! question; i'm trying to slice an audio track. no matter what region i select, ableton reports the region would result in too many slices?

Awesome video. i have a question that no one can answer yet. i have ableton live 8 8.2.7 launchpad edition ( i got the softeware when i bought my launchpad) when i right click on a audio track it doesnt give me a choice to slice it. i also consolidated the track and nothing happened. im not sure if its just the software im using but its really bothering me! please help!

@nicoluminous i right click on the track title and nothing, i also right click on the clip and nothing. its alright, i think its the software im using and ill probably just get a different verison of live 8and i also emailed ableton just to see if they could tell me, but if you ever figure it out please let me know! thanks
