Also the dead girl next to Temple was his girlfriend that he was looking for. Kinda sucks how Temple died because he just found her and suddenly this insane doctor comes and kills them both.

What really sucks is you were behind Temple by one step every time because almost every chapter you find a log that Temple says he is going next (one of the chapters before you go to the Hydroponics, he says he is going there.) He could have probably been one of the most helpful NPC in the game. (actually he IS the most helpful via Audio Logs) He seemed to be most aware of the situation too. One suprising thing is he met Elizabeth on the mining deck, where Issac sees Nicole again.

I wandered through all the decks of the ship saying "Have you seen Temple, Jacob Temple. Engineer Second class, acting chief?" to pretty much every half dead person carrying their own leg or bleeding to death on the floor. And just when I found him, bam dead :( I was saving kendra's spot on the escape vehicle for him. see you temple thanks for actually trying to make matters better.

He didn't upgrade it and he's 4/5ths into the game, of course it sucks now.

I upgraded it and still found it poor, you can't run and can't pull back the blade. It stays far away in one spot of distance. So in a group of enemies, your screwed. The Line Gun saved me when those times happened.
