NCAA football 11 USF Bulls Start of a dynasty

I picked Arkon and in my first season I went 12-2 and I changed my conference to the Big Ten and was Number 2# in the standings in the conference at the end of the season. My best 2 players was Micheal Sims OB, who was ALL NCCA 2ND TEAM and All Big Ten First Team. And Lance Hodges, WR who was second in voting for hesiman and won Walter Camp and Maxwell and was ALL NCCA FIRST TEAM AND ALL BIG TEN FIRST TEAM. Right now I'm in my second season wih out Lance who was a seinor last season.
