Just saw Cornell live last night, he did nearly 3 hours and let me say his voice has not lost a thing. He sounded great. Thought he might struggle on Jesus Christ Pose, but damn if he didn't nail it.

Just saw Chris twice last week - he has NOT lost his voice. He is amazing. He had some rough years in the early 2000's but he has healed now and is still fantastic!

I'm not sure if this was stated already, but in regards to this video's description: How can this be a 'cover'? I may be wrong, but I recall reading that Chris Cornell wrote this song long before co-forming Temple Of The Dog, there was just no way that Soundgarden could pull off a ballad like this. So, he kept it off any of their albums. You can't 'cover' your own song...lol

Chris is the epitomy of a great singer. His style is unmatched. I mean - hey - Led Zep is very cool - but Chris made "Thank You" his own. Just listen to it again - then the Led Zep original straight after and Robert Plant has been outclassed on his own song (no disrespect Robert - you are one of my idols too). Temple of the Dog is rated as one of the top ten albums of all time and well deserved.

I dont care what any of you guys say...he is just amazing with an incredibly strong and powerful voice. Whoever doesnt agree with me must have no taste in original and pure music. He is such a talented artist and everyone should appreciate that.

I wish i were at that concert! He played such amazing songs in his own unique style.

Oh and to Tavat...nothing happened to his voice! He has a scratchy hard voice, which by the way, is great for his style of music!
