At the first level in this vid (lothlórien) I usually don't care for those elven archers. Instead I let Gandalf, Aragorn, Gimli, Legolas and Boromir do the job, so that their rank will increase faster.

I love when i lvl up the trolls and they get kick-ass armor. Elven Archers rule too. my fav has to be using the siege towers against gondor castles and raiding with Haradrim Lancers while archers stay on the wall and hit from afar with fire arrows

You probably should have set some of those elves to sword. If I remember correctly, sword does a bit more damage but archers are better at long range.

I have a beat-all stragety for all RTS's that AI seems to completely disregard. I basically get a nice source of resources working for me then research everything to the point my armies are nearly invunerable, then wait till I can cap my population limit.

Come on dude its his own strategy, each one have its own strategy, when i play the level of Lothlorien i put some elves in each bridge, but the most of them in the bridge of this video along Legolas, meanwhile with the others members of the Fellowship i attack the Goblins and i kick them out from the battle with the Gandalf's powers. The Trolls are very dangerous so its better if you finish them quick with your elves or you'll have problems with so many trolls too close from your elves.

btw... the elves doesn't die that easy in that level...and the trolls were running towards them..the elvs and other heros would always go for the first one they see...unless it's Sauron...soldier units wont be able to attack sauron

Yeah but if you have two trolls at the same time like in this video what you will do?, you can attack one of them with a half of your elves, and with the other half, attack the other one, and then you can use the hobbits for fight and distract the goblins, and with your other heroes help to your elves, but anyway, as i say before, anyone haves its own strategy.

OK that "Battle" wasnt rili a battle, it was more of a little fight between u and the others. and the fights arent very astonishing anyway! (little tip: if a mountain troll attacks ur standing units have them fight with their swords or get pikemen!!)

I would say is the RAM because same thing happens to me so you have to act quick put single player... skirmish and it works well at least for me but make sure you have 256 MB of RAM and to have nvidia card or GeForce
