I'm very glad to see your son is okay, a lung collapse!? That must have been terrifying! I'm not very tall, but i'm quite skinny :X, and it only took him five days to get out of the hospital? That's pretty pro right there.
Very serious condition. After surgery, 5 days later, he was able to come home with a very long & painful recovery. Reason for lung collapse? Dr's say it is common in tall, very skinny, men due to the length of the chest wall cavity & length of their lungs. Thanx 4 all of ur prayers!
@Czirro Thank you so much! He's still recovering, but just got to go back to work a month ago. Still has lifting restrictions, but he went up flying last weekend (which he's in flight training) and he came home feeling pretty good...even tho they practiced engine stalls, and aircraft preventing collision training. That along causes him to pull a couple of "G's" but he said no pain on his chest! Again, TY all for all of ur prayers & support!!!
Note: Just 5 days after this video of my son playing his prank, his right lung spontaneously collapsed. Never smoked a day in his life. He spent 13 days in ICU. He had to undergo surgery to repair his lung because the 2 chest tubes they put in his lungs were not working.
i had absolutely NO idea he was going to do that. In fact...they decided to do that at the very last minute...right before they began their march...it was hilarious!!!
