Pacquiao is a great fighter, but he is a media creation. Arum does an excellent job of using the media to spread propaganda. Mayweather does not care what anyone thinks, so he and his camp do not leak false information to get the support of the public. Pacquiao is a PAWN. He fights who Arum tells him to fight, &he only gets a small portion of his money.
