absolutely. i met with COO/VP (Vail Resorts) of Northstar California Resort yesterday (@Bill_Rock in Truckee, CA) and we discussed the fact that now, more than ever, companies are creating sales forces en masse & globally, when they do a great job. Good news spreads like wild fire also, which is great for us all. Keeps CONSCIOUS companies conscious/focused on PEOPLE first. we all benefit from this. btw - your book rocks. i'm right there with you. THANK you!
