A random blood test done the day before or the day of will give Mayweather a significant advantage. A boxer's body is tuned starting three months before fight day without any interruption. If the body stops doing physical activities for a day after it has been used to doing a lot of physical activities, it will react in strange ways. The random testing was a ploy by Mayweather to harass Pacquiao's training.
