I agree about sub-delicious.......it has really gone down hill over the last few years. Maybe try out Tequila Reef for mexican? It's on the corner of santos and real. Also the International (formally Shanos) has a decent breakfast......they are also on Santos. And of course the Shwarma place is my fave!
