I'm half Greek half Irish, but i look almost all Irish. Doesn't take away from my Greek roots though. Rita was very proud of her Spanish heritage, and she absolutely adored her mother.

She was embarrassed to go out to meet with soldiers, and when they'd ask her to sing, she couldn't. Poor thing. She was nothing but a pretty face to her production company who denied her singing lessons. :(
