As an Icelandic I think its great to see this. Its not much like sumo. You hold on to the otherones belt and try to get him down by using the feet. When he is down, he loses.

@thorir30 Actually, I just read a bit about it and by watching this vid I'd wanna say it's closer to Judo than anything else - valueing the takedown, yet aiming for technique over strenght. Seems like a wonderful art. I'd deff love to, and will, see more.

Helvíti means hell.

Djöfull means demon.
