  • Is there a way to make the mold grow?

For example, you have the glass in the video, but want to make a bigger replica.

  • @seajkey We have a new product called "Expand-it" that does that but it is tricky to use.

  • Would it be better to vacuum chamber the silcone mix and then pressure the mold while it's casting? Or is that just overkill?

  • @seajkey Overkill.

  • wow, that's fantastic... too bad about the need for the presure pot, but I guess there are needed tools for most things. ;-)

  • @0MrENigma0 This mold can be made w/o a pressure pot but it might have small "champagne" bubbles under the surface that would interfere with pressure casting.

Hmm but I guess if I do not have the presure device anyway... then the casting would be without that as well. So, hmmm okay it is technically possible to do the entire process without that contraption... but the results would just be more like that one in the pink mold in the next video.

  • Thank you for this vid and your others, i also look forward to future vids that you may post.

  • whats a cool rubber glass cup lol
