If you listen to the lyrics and remember the other episodes, Finn leaves her for Quinn, and right when Jessie comes into the picture again, Finn decides to get jealous and change his mind, so Rachel is singing about how she can't take him back anymore because he made his decision. In the actual episode, you can see her singing to him and looking right at him.

Sure she did something wrong forever ago, but don't you think lying about having someones baby is a little more extreme then making out with a guy? I still don't understand his decision process on that one.When rachel started seeing Jessie, Finn got all jealous and decided he wanted her back. And she liked him so much she left Jessie. Then, at this time when Jessie comes back, he does the exact same things, and wants her back.

Finn wants Rachel back by the end of the season but she's the heartbreaker here. Maybe she didn't cheat to the extent that Quinn did but she did cheat on him, and she's acting like he just left her for no reason.
