Yes, the sprocket on the engine is the smallest one I can find for an FZ1.. The rear sprocket is the original one from the DS650. The chain is a 530.. which came on both, the ds650, and the FZ1.
sorry to pick ur brain so much. but i plan to do this next winter which means ill be gathering parts or a whole bike to do so. i had a cbr600 that was a screamer why didnt you go with a cheaper 600? and how hard/long was the install?

Its a 2005 Yamaha FZ1. Its pretty much identical to an R-1 engine.
