To be honest the first three people I've seen do FULL one handed airflares are Krush, Charles, and The Punisher. If you look at the battle of Rivers crew vs Gambler at Hip-Hop planet 2004, Krush clearly does it it's just that he doesn't stick the flare afterwards. It's a bit sad how nobody gave him much props for it though Imean I think he seriously was one of the very first to do it. Now eagle, Yosshi, Typhoon, a few others and even that other guy from 20th century boyz crew does it now.
