This movie is actually brilliant. It captures the essence of Web Admin/Support perfectly. Every frame of the visuals is perfectly matched to the soundtrack. To my own mind, there isn't a single event in this clip which is exaggerated. And he does solve the sales guy's problem: Don't use AOL! But neither of them realise - it's a comedy of errors. Brilliant.

Actually I am pretty sure he is running multiple operating systems using some type of virtual machine software like VMware but probably the Linux version. Under the virtual machine software he seems to be running both Ubuntu Linux and Windows.
