It is a phrase of common usage in Urdu. "Sar Karna" would mean to climb over/climb to the top. The root is the same as "Sar", which when used in Hindi/Urdu, means "head". Thus, the first lines

"Sar Kiye Yeh Pahar,

Dariyaon Ki Gehraiyon mein tujhe dhoondha hai"

Would be translated as

"I have climbed these mountains, In the depths of the lakes/seas, have I searched for you."
