This question is based on a very flawed assumption. Unless you have personally known every single amputee that has ever lived since the creation of the universe, how could you possibly know God hasnt healed any?

First of all, there are very few christians that are educated. A lot have a phony degree from a bible college. Usuall, they have not been trained to think logically and rationally. They accept thing on faith and just take people's word for things.

I was a double amputee from birth as a result of a genetic defect. I received prayer from a Christian friend 2 years ago. Since that time I have had 2 perfectly healthy legs. I'm currently training hard and hope to make my countries Olympic team for the 100 metres. I'm happy to post photos of my new legs for any sceptics out there.
