He made the new cop write up the report. The report said that he couldn't see any damage but Hartman must have made him write in the cost of replacement bushes, because it listed the damage at $800. Hartman had 3 other cars for back-up. He made it looked like an armed robbery, but didn't bother to call me.

file a PERSONAL lawsuit against the thug under 42 USC 1983 keep all the evidence and don't drop the suit. He will not be able to have the Dept. back him up on the suit it will come out of HIS pocket. If nothing else file a civil suit against his security bond and the bond number will be provided by the court clerk (its their job to tell you his security bond number and info) providing public records. Once a suit is filed against that bond they can no longer work as a police officer...ever.

@chrisdl62 Thanks so much for this helpful information. I filed a Police and Fire Commision Complaint twice now, but Hudson makes it impossible for any justice to be served. I wanted to try and work my way up the chain of command in WI to the top before concluding that it is impossible to have the problems solved within the State. I have finally got about the last pieces of evidence that no hope exists outside of the Federal Courts. Once Walkers recalled I pray things will be different.

First of all I want to thank cdimmm for the kind words. I am blessed with 5 children and I am very proud of all of them. It is pretty sad when a grown man refuses to answer the questions of a polite teenager. The Police and Court System in St Croix County have been a frightening experience for all of us. With that said I had my first good experience at the Court house here. I am very grateful to Judge Lundell ...He followed the law and dismissed an unfair guilty verdict. Thank you.

I filed a PFC complaint against Chief Jenson last Sept., because the situation has gotten so bad for my family that I am afraid to leave my home, and Jenson has just continued to help cause more problems for us as fast as they can set them up. He retaliated by charging me with a felony the same day I filed the complaint against him.I He and Adkinson tried to charged with 2 more felonies since then Look up story on Hudson Patch.

No matter how bad my situation is because of the city and Police etc. I am a lucky person to have kids including 2 teenagers and a grandson who love me and enjoy spending time with me. While my son is asking Officer Wildman respectfully for an explanation on how and why we can be charged with destruction of property when we are on our property, and all he is doing obviously is raking out the driveway to benefit everyone. Wildman just ignores him because there is no answer. To be given a destruction of property ticket you have to destroy property that belongs to someone else or to the city. I own the driveway that is in-between the fences. I also pay for all the maintenance

@AnythingAudible1 There wasn't anything cut, my son was just raking out my driveway like we do every year to smooth out the gravel that gets built up along the edges, so that the water that you can see back on the driveway can drain off. The woman that called the police said that I was up there damaging her property, it was obvious that I wasn't there and my son was on our own property doing the woman a favor by draining the water away from her house.

@MrGetabrain I would be interested in hearing your story and which cops were involved. Sergent Hartman lied under oath several times during a trespassing on city blvd citation he gave me. I paid to for the transcript so that Chief Jenson could do something about it. He told me he wasn't interested in doing anything about the perjury. He said I had my chance to tell the judge during the hearing. End of story. Perjury is a felony, Chief Jenson knows that Hartman lied. Protecting wrongdoing!

If the issue is taking pictures of your minor son, then no it isn't illegal. Some organizations such as the Boys&Girls club do have policies (sometimes laws) against taking pictures of minors. However, citizens have the right to pictures of pretty much anything. It's when 'audio' becomes involved depending on your states statute that may constitute a crime. Some states require the persons consent to audiotape, I don't think WI, is one of them.

@fmnma1 I only asked this question because the Chief of Police had threatned me by saying its harassment to take someones photo. The woman in the blue house came out and was circling around my son just a few feet away taking photos of him. He told me that he felt harassed by her and turned his back to her so the camera wasn't in his face. She told him he was disgusting. The police did an internal investigation, and had the charges dropped. Charges were sent to DA on the woman that call.

Instead of doing something about the woman that made the false report to the 911 center, he made us stand there for almost an hour. There were 4 squad cars there for most of the time. It was important for the HPD to make a big spectacle every time a complaint came in to the neighborhood. I have documents now that show city wanting to take away my property rights to prevent me from building.

Yet than he said that he could charge me with harassment if I took a picture of Moore or Spires if they didn't want their picture taken. HPD change the rules as they go.

Hartman spent 2009 and 2010 and ongoing filing one false charge after another against myself, son, even my carpenter(he witnessed Hartman's abusive behavior). I have found out allot about the motives behind all the false reports. The short story is that the city has been trying to prevent me from building on my property.

My lawyer told me that cops can lie and they always are believed regardless of the feasability. The Police spent no doubt thousands of dollars on an internal investigation into the Officers Conduct. Unfortunatly Cheif Jenson over ruled the investigator. Thankfully Detective Adkinson did the right thing and had the charges dropped, but even though you can see that there were 5 cop cars there in the video the official report shows only 2 and much of the wrong doing was covered up. Sargent hartman does not give up however...he was right back up there again writing up false damage charges

The way I would do it is document it put all on paper date and time and mail complaints to state attorney general, the state peace board of standards ( if you have one in the state), fbi, federal prosecutor, your US senator and ask for help. And of couse any and all TV and radio outlets you have.

Unfortunately I just found out that the Department of Justice of WI seems to run the same type of law inforcement practices. Have you seen the news about the DA victimizing the victim.
